MITUS 215A – ACTIVE POINT SOURCE 2×15 INCH

The MITUS 215A is a two-way, bi-amplified active loudspeaker with a bass-reflex design, engineered for high-output sound reinforcement applications. It incorporates two 15 inch B&C neodymium woofers with 3 inch voice coils and a 2 inch exit B&C compression driver with a 2.5 inch voice coil, coupled to a rotatable 60? x 40? horn for focused sound dispersion. The system?s Class D amplification delivers 1100W RMS to the LF section and 250W RMS Class G to the HF driver, supported by a switch-mode power supply.

A DSP processor with 6 selectable EQ presets enables optimal tuning for various applications. The frequency response extends from 42 Hz to 20 kHz. The rear control panel features XLR input and link, volume control, preset selector, high-pass filter, and ground-lift.The cabinet is built from 15 mm birch plywood with a scratch-resistant black finish and includes twelve M10 rigging points, a 35 mm speaker stand socket, and two ergonomic aluminum handles. Combining powerful dual-woofer output, precise coverage, and rugged construction, the Mitus 215A is ideal for front-of-house use in live events requiring extended low-frequency performance and high SPL.
